Abstract:

To obtain excellent heat resistance by reinforcing an element with ceramic or glass yarn parts or organic materials inserted into at least one surface of the element in the nearly perpendicular direction and also arranged to be flat at the end.

An elastomer and/or silicone resin 2 filled with silica or phenol resin hollow spherical particles are molded in a specified shape and dimension and its one side surface is covered with a cloth of an organic material or a silica- or a glass fiber left 5. Next, the ceramic or glass or organic yarns 4 having square pieces of about 10m/m with P impregnated with phenol resin or epoxy resin are arranged and inserted in the perpendicular direction on the one surface of the element with a seaming machine, and a rectilinear picot 3 is passed through the matrix and seamed. Later the impregnated resin is polymerized and hardened and the yarn part and a loop part on the felt surface 5 are removed with a mechanical work, thus, the reinforced low density and heat resistant element 1 having a hexahedron block shape, is obtained.
