To provide a reinforced resin sheet for thermoforming which is not softened abruptly during thermoforming, easy of molding due to its high tensile strength, and high in strength after molding, a method for producing the sheet, a molding obtained from the sheet, and a method for producing the molding.
The reinforced resin sheet has a resin layer comprising a resin composition containing a crystalline thermoplastic resin and a reinforcer. The elongation viscosity at 100 s-1 shear rate measured by a capillary viscosimeter at 280°C is 10-50 kPa.s or the crystallinity of the thermoplastic resin is 20% or below. The method for producing the sheet includes a process in which the resin layer is extruded and then cooled quickly. Moreover, the molding is obtained by a production method including a process in which the sheet or the resin layer is introduced into a molding machine for thermoforming, during molding and/or after molding, the crystallization of the resin is advanced.
