Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange and fix through reinforcing bars at the prescribed positions by installing a plate-like spacer having a profile nearly equal to the gap of a connection section and provided with a gauge specifying the insertion positions of the through reinforcing bars on the connection section of precast boards.
SOLUTION: A spacer 10 is a plate-like body having a profile nearly equal to the gap of the connection section 3 of precast concrete boards 1a, 1b, and it is provided with positioning holes 11 and positioning grooves 12 for through reinforcing bars and a notch 13 to be filled with post-fill concrete. After joint reinforcing bars 2 are combined into a loop shape, about 6-8 of them are dropped in the gap of the connection section 3 at proper intervals, then through reinforcing bars 6 are inserted into the positioning holes 11 and positioning grooves 12 in sequence from the end face in the width direction. The spacer 10 may be made of mortar or a steel sheet, and the through holes 11 may be used as a positioning gauge. The spacer 10 may be made of reinforcing bars, and the sash bars of the reinforcing bars may be used as the positioning gauge. The positioning holes 11 are preferably formed into a tapered holes, and labor can be saved.
