Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a bar arrangement work more effective by bending both the ends of the hoop bar of a cage bar arrangedly provided on the circumference of a pillar and a beam formed of a steel frame to severally manufacture each arm, and engaging an end part with a vertical bar and welding the crossing part of each vertical bar.
CONSTITUTION: The hoop bar b1 of a cage bar arrangedly provided on the circumference of a steel frame 1 composing a pillar and a beam is bent at its ends bx, by to severally manufacture each of the assembled bodies A, B, C, D of each arm. The hoop bar b1 is engaged with a vertical bar at a corner part, and a crossing point on each of vertical bars a1-an is fast sticked by a welding process 2. Concrete is deposited in both the inside and outside of the cage bar to form a concrete block 3. Thus a bar arrangement work at a site can be effectively executed.
