PURPOSE: To provide a small sized reinforcement bending machine easy to transport and can be used on a building and constructing working site.

CONSTITUTION: A vertical center shaft 7 is arranged and fixed on a center of a working stand 10, a rotating table 10 is fit to and supported on the vertical center shaft 7 in freely turnable, and on a column body 8 with an arbitrary outer diameter being attached and fixed to a column part 7a for non-rotation fitting of an upper side of the center shaft 7, a reinforcement inserting recessed groove 8a is provided along an arbitrary chord passing through the above eccentric position, a freely rotatable roller 15 is attached to a vertical branch shaft 14 standing nearby a periphery edge of the rotating table 12, and plural numbers of circular rings 9a, 9b,... with different diameters can be fit one by one on the outer side of the roller 15 leaving intervals. Further, the rotating table 12 is provided with a turning device 6 which is turnable by a required arbitrary angle.
