To provide a reinforcement crossing part fastener for a high load, capable of reducing cost, and capable of improving workability, by reducing the number of part items.

The fastener is composed of one U bolt 1, nuts 2 and 2 and a fastening plate 3. The fastening plate 3 is bent by substantially 90° by turning one edge part downward, by leaving a first pressing piece 31 abutting on a first reinforcement 4 in a central part of a substantially square-shaped plate material. A second pressing piece 32 having its tip abutting on a second reinforcement 5 and a locking piece 33 bent by turning the other edge part downward are formed. Bolt inserting holes 34 and 34 capable of inserting both male screw parts 11 and 11 of the U bolt 1, are formed in an elongate hole extending in the locking piece 33 direction in a position near the second pressing piece 32 side in the first pressing piece 31.
