Abstract:
To provide a reinforcement fiber prepreg tape having a tape joint part which reduces breakage of a joint part in an AFP process and has high roll followability, and a winder using the same.SOLUTION: A reinforcement fiber prepreg tape has joint parts obtained by joining ends of a reinforcement fiber prepreg tape piece, in which continuous reinforcement fibers oriented in one direction are impregnated with a thermosetting resin as a matrix, in the orientation direction. At least the one joint part is a single wrap joint part, and has a small cross-sectional area compared to an average value of a cross-sectional area of the reinforcement fiber prepreg tape piece excluding a tip region on at least one end in the ends of the reinforcement fiber prepreg tape piece constituting the joint part, in the tip region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
