To provide a reinforcing fiber sheet which is high in reliability and excellent in workability, when reinforcing or repairing a structure such as a pillar having sleeve walls or a structure having a curved surface or projections.
This fiber sheet 1 is formed by arranging reinforcing fibers 2 in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the sheet and then bending the reinforcing fibers with elastic weft yarns 3 in the width direction of the sheet. When a pillar 21 having sleeve walls is reinforced with the fiber sheets 1, slits 23 are formed in the sleeve walls 22 at places near the pillar 21, winding the fiber sheets 1 around the pillar 21 through the slits 23, and then fixing the ends of the fiber sheets 1 at sites apart from the slits 23 in a state expanded in the width direction.
