The pedestal reinforced cage A is placed to the peripheral surfaces of the anchor bolts 3. In addition, a earn reinforced cage B assembling a beam main reinforcement 8 and a strap reinforcement 9 in advance is dropped between the pedestal reinforced cages A and connected to the other end of the anchor reinforcement. According to the constitution, field work can be easily carried out.
