Abstract:
To provide a method for producing ganoderma lucidum processed powder which is capable of collecting fruit bodies in a shorter period of time than a conventional culture medium, a method for reducing environmental load by directly processing culture medium that has conventionally had to be discarded into a food product, and increasing an added value as a Ganoderma lucidum food product, and Ganoderma lucidum processed powder obtained in this manner.SOLUTION: A method for producing Ganoderma lucidum processed powder comprising: a culture process of disseminating hypha of Ganoderma lucidum on gelatinous culture medium to grow fruit bodies; and a process of pulverizing obtained fruit bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: None
