To prevent a speech of another mobile equipment from being disturbed because an automatic gain control(AGC) of a relay amplifier is in operation so as to reduce the amplified gain of an incoming channel thereby decreasing the effective service area of the incoming channel when the mobile equipment makes a speech close to the vicinity of an antenna of the relay amplifier in the case that the relay amplifier is placed in a narrow dead band area as a service area.
A service area 9-2 is divided into a plurality of (m) zones 91-1-91-m and slave boosters 25 (25-1-25-m) for exclusive use of an incoming channel is placed in each zone. Each slave booster 25 is provided with a reception antenna 251, an amplifier 253 and its AGC control section 255 and outputs of the boosters 25 are synthesized by a synthesizer 24 and the synthesized output is amplified by an incoming common use amplifier 55 of a relay amplifier 2.
