PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a called side terminal to identify a calling side user while recording a voice call.SOLUTION: A relay device includes: a message control unit for transmitting, when a calling signal destined to a telephone number for relay, i.e. a telephone number received by the relay device is received from a calling terminal, a message including identification information on the calling terminal to a called terminal with which the telephone number for relay is associated in advance; and a relay control unit for establishing a call between the calling terminal and the called terminal if the calling signal is received from the called terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
