To provide a relay life prediction device and a relay life prediction system that predicts a lifespan of relays.SOLUTION: A prediction unit 602 of a relay life prediction device 60 in a relay life prediction system predicts a service life of a relay on the basis of a change in an operating voltage which is a coil voltage when a voltage applied to a target system rises to a voltage threshold in a case in which a relay switch is turned on from off, from when the relay is normal, and a change in a return voltage which is a coil voltage when a voltage applied to the target system drops to the voltage threshold when the relay switch is turned off from on, from when the relay is normal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
