A releasant feed roller 11 having a releasant 1 held inside for exuding the releasant outside while being rotated to feed the releasant 1 to a contact object such as a couple of fixing rotors 2 or the like for releasing, is equipped with a resistance heating body 4 having a releasant passage 3 not disturbing exudation of the releasant 1 to at least one side of its inside face or outside face, and a temperature of the releasant 1 on the releasant feed roller 11 can be adjusted with good responce by heating of the resistance heating body 4.
