Abstract:
To provide a releasant composition for an adhesive tape used in e.g. electronic material applications or the like, excellent in releasability and non-migration tendency, and to provide a release liner using the above composition.
The releasant composition for an adhesive tape comprises (A) an alkyd resin, (B) an amino resin and (C) a double-terminated reactive silicone resin containing functional groups reactive with these resins. For this releasant composition, the surface free energy of release layer is adjusted so as to be 18-23 mN/m. In this releasant composition, the component C is preferably an organopolydimethylsiloxane containing a hydroxy group modified with carbinol at both terminals.
