Abstract:
A release film is provided which can be extremely easily released from an adhesive surface. Further, an adhesive tape that has such a release film is provided. This release film comprises a porous film and a base film, wherein one of the outermost layers is said porous film and the other of the outermost layers is said base film; the thickness is 0.1-3.0 mm, the density is 0.01-5.0 g/cm3, and at least one condition selected from the group consisting of (A) and (B) is satisfied. (A) The surface roughness Sa of the surface of the porous film that is the aforementioned outermost film is 1.0-40 μm. (B) The surface of the base film that is the aforementioned outermost film has undergone mold release treatment.
