Abstract:
To provide a release film for ceramic green sheet production that is capable of molding a ceramic green sheet having reduced defects even in an ultrathin layer product with a thickness of 1 μm or lower by providing a release layer having low and uniform release strength and having excellent solvent resistance, while maintaining the high flatness of the release layer surface in the release film.SOLUTION: A release film for ceramic green sheet production has a release layer placed on at least one side of a polyester film directly or through another layer. The release layer comprises a cured composition containing a binder component (a) and a silsesquioxane component (b). The binder component (a) is a radical curable substance. The silsesquioxane component (b) has, in each molecule, at least one reactive functional group selected from an acryloyl group, a methacryloyl group, an alkenyl group and a thiol group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
