Abstract:
To provide a release liner which can be efficiently processed after being released from an adhesive sheet, to provide an adhesive sheet with a release liner having the release liner and in addition, to provide a processing method capable of increasing the processing efficiency of the release liner released from an adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided a release liner which is used for covering the surface of an adhesive layer constituting an adhesive sheet and is shrunk when heated. A release liner has a liner base material and a release agent layer and the liner base material preferably is a heat shrinkage material. The liner base material is preferably composed of a laminate having a first layer and a second layer having a greater shrinkage rate when heated than the first layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
