PURPOSE: To eliminate erroneous confirmation, and to realize labor saving for generating a command by executing automatically confirmation of information of a release object, and generation of the command.

CONSTITUTION: The system is provided with an input/output device 1 for designating information related to a release object in the case of executing a release from one environment to the other environment, a release object registering part 2 for storing the information of the release object in a registered data store device 5, a registered data checking part 3 for retrieving a release object store device 6 based on the information stored in the registered data store device 5, and confirming correctness of the object information stored in the registered data store device 5, and a command generating part 4 for generating a command for the release, based on the information decided to be correct by the registered data checking part and storing it in a command store device 8, and by utilizing this command, the release is facilitated.
