Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a releasing agent composition for mold improved in the productivity with excellent releasing property without causing trouble such as the spotting and excellent in storing stability at low temp. by containing alkyl or alkenyl ketendimer.
SOLUTION: This releasing agent composition consists of alkyl or alkenyl ketendimer containing alkyl group or alkenyl group R of 9-32C expressed by formula. Powdery alkyl or alkenyl ketendimer can singly be used but for uniformly coating on pattern surface, it is desirable to dissolve and/or disperse 0.1-40wt.% parts of alkyl or alkenyl ketendimer into 100wt. parts of organic solvent. As the organic solvent, it is desirable to use a ring aliphatic group hydrocarbon or aliphatic group hydrocarbon, and particularly, cyclohexane and normal heptane are suitable.
