To reduce a sealant injection time under a low-temperature environment.
A relief valve 10 is attached to an air pipe 20 via a cylinder 24. A pressurized air inflow passage 26, and a communication passage 28 communicating the inflow passage 26 with the atmosphere 30 are formed in the cylinder 24, and an inclined face 27 is formed between the inflow passage 26 and the communication passage 28. An on-off valve 32 is inserted into the communication passage 28 and an outer peripheral surface of the on-off valve 32 has an inclined face 34 which is the same as the inclined face 27 in angle. The on-off valve 32 moves toward the inflow passage 26 to close the inflow passage 26. A spiral pole 38 is disposed between the on-off valve 32 and a support member 40. The spiral pole 38 is formed by spirally bending a rubber member and a plurality of spiral poles are attached around the on-off valve 32. The spiral pole 38 is attached in a state that a member length is reduced by force, and the on-off valve 32 is actuated toward the inflow passage 26 by restoring force of the rubber member exerted to restore it to its original length.
