Abstract:
To enhance workability of assembling and to form overall relief valve unit small and compact by reducing the number of parts in the relief valve unit.
This relief valve device comprises a valve casing 12 and a valve assembly 17. The valve assembly 17 can be preliminarily assembled with a guide sleeve 18, valve sheet members 22A, 22B, a cover body 24, valve bodies 26A, 26B, a valve spring 30, and an accumulator 31, etc. The accumulator, comprising a free piston 32 and accumulating oil chambers 33A, 33B, is set between the left valve body 26A and the right valve body 26B in the guide sleeve 18. Accordingly, the so-called shockless function is given, by opening the valve bodies 26A and 26B at two steps.
