Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten the period necessary for the remodeling of the putting green of a golf course.
CONSTITUTION: The method for remodeling the putting green of a golf course comprises a step for forming a temporary green, a step for remodeling the main green and a step for removing the temporary green. A bentgrass sheet 10 trimmed to 4-10mm height is laid on an intended part of a temporary green 6 in the temporary green forming step and the lawn of the main green 5 is replaced in the main green remodeling step after the preparation of the temporary green. The temporary green is removed in the temporary green removal step after the remodeling of the main green.
