Abstract:
To provide a remote communication control system, a session management system, and a session management program which can improve security when an image forming apparatus is controlled from an electronic device existing outside a network to which the image forming apparatus belongs.SOLUTION: A remote communication control system with a session relay system 60 which relays remote sessions between an image forming apparatus and a connection terminal performs scale out of the session relay system 60 when the number of the remote sessions to be relayed by the session relay system 60 is a scale out reference number or more (S163 to S164), and performs scale in of the session relay system 60 when a state in which the number of the remote sessions to be relayed by the session relay system 60 is a scale in reference number or less continues for over scale in reference time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
