To provide a remote connection process monitoring method and a remote connection process monitoring system capable of improving efficiency in remote control operations.

A remote connection process monitoring method comprises the steps of: executing a downloaded connection file; performing an application for remote connection by the execution of the connection file and capturing an entire interface screen of an active terminal device showing a process of performing a remote connection simultaneously with the execution of the application in a preset cycle; and transmitting the captured screen and identification information for identifying a device to be controlled to a web server via HTTP. Accordingly, a manager can keep monitoring a remote connection process of a user terminal via a manager terminal on the basis of the captured screen as if the remote connection had been completed even before the remote connection has not been completed, and thereby efficiency in remote control operation is improved.
