Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control device for enabling an operator to easily command a whole body operation of a humanoid robot operated by an operation command by an operation of a robot maneuvering device by the operator, while a robot itself stabilizing its attitude.
SOLUTION: This remote control device is provided with a switch S to switch a portion of the robot to which the operator desires to command a target position and/or attitude displacement to a coordinate system in which the target position and/or the attitude displacement are described, and an input device for inputting values of the target position and/or the attitude displacement. The operation of the robot is controlled by the operation commands of the switch S and the input device.
