To carry out manipulation of a remote control helicopter capable of being remote-controlled for making the helicopter in a hovering condition not only by a main operator but also by a co-worker with a sub-transmitter at the time of fertilizer or chemical spraying over a paddy field with the helicopter.

The helicopter 1 and a working machine are remote-controlled by a main transmitter 20 held and operated by the main operator 30, and the working machine can be controlled by the sub-transmitter 50 held by the co-worker 31. The sub-transmitter 50 is provided with an operating means for shifting the flying condition to the hovering condition of stationary flying at an approximately fixed position in the air.
