Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable an operation without going to an operation place by an operator, by performing a communication between a remote controller and a designated injection molding machine, displaying an operation condition setting picture on a display part and instructing the change of the operation condition in an interactive form.
CONSTITUTION: The proper key operation of the key input operation part 3 of a remote controller 1 is performed and the calling of a menu selection screen is performed on a display part 4. Thus, an image signal generation part 8 refers to necessary data from a data storage part 9 for image preparation and displays the menu selection screen. Namely, a menu mode is selected in an interactive form with the menu selection screen. When the mode is selected, a screen for machine control is displayed on the display part 4. A transmission and reception control part 7 generates an operation control signal according to this screen and transmits the signal from a transmission part 5 imparting a machine discrimination code to an injection molding machine 10. In the designated molding machine 10, an operation control is performed according to the operation control signal from the device 1.
