Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a remote control system which is capable of shortening the transmission and reception time between a DTC and an equipment, shortening the connection time of the public line between a central unit and the DTC and reducing communication cost.
CONSTITUTION: In the microcomputer 8b of a first equipment block 8, a group code which is the classification information on the data which can be transmitted to a DTC 7 is set by a dip switch. In the DTC 7, the data transmission request command that the microcomputer 8b requests the transmission of the data read from sensors 8c, 8c,... is set according to each code of the group code. The DTC 7 transmits the classification information transmission request command requesting the return of the group code to the microcomputer 8b and stores the group code returned from the microcomputer 8b corresponding to the microcomputer 8b which transmits the classification information transmission request command. The data transmission request command set to the group code is transmitted to the corresponded microcomputer 8b.
