Title:
REMOTE CONTROL TRANSMITTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6267996
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To operate plural electric equipments for a domestic use with one remote control transmitter by directly optically receiving an optical signal from a general optical remote control transmitter, storing the optical signal as the internal data and converting the internal data into the optical signal to have an output signal.

CONSTITUTION: In a receiving state, when an optical signal 101 is inputted while pressing a switch on a keyboard 108 to which the optical signal 101 is allocated, it is converted into an electric signal in a photodetecting element 102, and amplified to a logic level by a preamplifier 103. The switch designates an address corresponding to a memory circuit 106 in one-to-one through a control circuit 108 and herein the parallel data is stored. Then, in a transmission state, when the switch which is previously pressed to register the parallel data is pressed, the parallel data corresponding to said switch is outputted from the memory circuit 106, converted into the serial data in a shift register 105 and fed to a modulating circuit 110.
