Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote-controlled plaything wherein the temporary stoppage of transmission of a synchronous signal never disturbs the transmission timing of a control signal outputted from each transmitter and, despite the simple configuration of the plaything itself, the operation of each self-propelled plaything can be accurately controlled by operating respective mobile operation devices.
SOLUTION: The remote-controlled plaything comprises a plurality of mobile operation devices each mounted with a transmitter T and a plurality of self-propelled playthings each mounted with a receiver. A control signal is transmitted from each transmitter T by operating each operation device, and then is received by a corresponding receiver, to control the operation of each self-propelled plaything based on the contents of the received control signal. The synchronous signal received by one transmitter T is received by the remaining transmitters T. Each transmitter T comprises a first counter 7 which sets the counting for the transmission timing so that the transmission timing of the control signal may be different from the transmission and reception time of the synchronous signal, and a second counter 8 which always counts the intervals at which the synchronous signal is received and holds the counted value of the reception intervals. When the counting result of the second counter reaches the counted value of the reception intervals when the synchronous signal cannot be received, the counting by the first counter 7 is started to obtain the transmission timing of the control signal.
