PURPOSE: To control the water level, the water temperature, etc., at each desired level by means of a computer by measuring the water temperature, the outside air temperature, the water level, etc., by sensors.
CONSTITUTION: In regard to the remote environment measuring control of a paddy field, for example, a hydrographic system environment measuring device 1 measures the water temperature, the outside air temperature, the water level, etc., by sensors. A data transmitting/receiving device 2 set at the hydrographic system side and a data transmitting/receiving device 3 set at the host computer side communicate mutually the data on the water temperature, the outside air temperature, the water level, etc., measured by the device 1 between the host computers 4 placed at the site of the hydrographic system and a remote place. The computer 4 shows the received hydrographic environment data and the data on the date of reception at a display part 6 by a real-time remote control system 5 that is previously programmed. If those measured value are not appropriate, the hydrographic system environment deciding software, etc., calculates the appropriate value at the relevant time point. Then the valve opening degree of a floodgate opening/closing device 7 is decided in accordance with those proper value.
