Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain a remote management system for surely transmitting received data to a management company and informing an operator or the like of the data.
CONSTITUTION: When a DTC 9 to which trouble information is transmitted from a 1st equipment block 21 or a 2nd equipment block 22 calls a central device 3, a modem 4 or the device 3 returns a response at the time of being connected to a public line 10. The DTC 9 judges whether a response from the modem 4 is received or not, and at the time of judging its reception, counts the elapsed time from the reception of the response from the modem 4. Then the DTC 9 judges whether a response is received from the device 3 within prescribed time or not, and at the time of judging its reception, transmits the trouble information. Thereby whether the device 3 is operating or not can be judged within the prescribed time and trouble information can be surely transmitted to the driven device 3. At the time of judging no reception of a response from the modem 4 or the device 3, the DTC 9 calls the device 3 again.
