To provide a remote monitor control system wherein an operator is not always in a key station and barrier restoration measure can be performed quickly.
In the key station 4, a state change is monitored while receiving surveillance information which is always sent from each slave station 3 cyclically. When the state change is detected, the key station 4 automatically sends a number to be dialed which is registered beforehand to a public line network and rings a mobile terminal which is carried by the operator. When the operator knows the state change of surveillance information of the slave station 3, the operator operates the mobile terminal and transmits a control signal of a monitor table 2. As a result, correspondence to the change of state of the slave station 3 is performed.
