This system is provided with: an automatic carrier controller 2 for controlling an automatic carrier, and for fetching the state information of an automatic carrier including any trouble generation situation and transmitting it to the outside; a monitor controller 5 having a display part for displaying the trouble occurrence situation received from the automatic carrier controller 2, an operating part to which a command for transmitting a trouble recovery signal to the automatic carrier controller 2 is inputted, and a transmitting part for transmitting the trouble recovery signal according to the input of the command; a monitor camera 3 for picking up the image of the automatic carrier; and a monitor 4 for displaying the video of the monitor camera. Then, the trouble recovery signal is transmitted through the automatic carrier controller 2 to the automatic carrier in which a trouble has occurred.
