PURPOSE: To provide a remote monitor system for shortening the alarm detection time of a slave station at a master station concerning a centralized monitor system.

CONSTITUTION: In the centralized monitor system, a master station 1 is provided with a master station monitor device 4, plural slave stations 2 are respectively provided with slave station monitor devices 5, and the master station 1 and the respective slave stations 2 are respectively provided with transmission line linking devices 6. The master station 1 collects the monitor information of the respective slave stations 2 by linking this master station monitor device 4 and the respective slave station monitor devices 5 through a transmission line 3. In this case, the master station 1 collects the monitor information of the respective slave stations 2 by requesting the transmission to the slave stations 2 and even when there is no transmission request, the alarm detection time of the slave stations 2 at the master station 1 can be shortened by transmitting the monitor information from the slave stations to the master station.
