Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a remote mounting jig for inserting a fully automated ECT device, allowing an operation with a drive section for eliminating a manual lifting work, quickening and facilitating a work, and ensuring high work efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: A remote mounting jig for inserting a robot device in the water chamber of the steam generator of a nuclear power plant, has a drive section 9 with a hose joint 18, a hose 19, a selector valve 16 and a speed control valve 20. In addition, the jig has a hollow rod 8, a cylinder 6 with a fixed A-joint plate 14, and a yoke type fixed frame C having a cylinder rod 7 as well as square tubes 10 fitted thereto, and guide pins 11.
