Abstract:

To efficiently process a plurality of remote support requests when the requests are presented in the same time zone.SOLUTION: A processor executes mediation processing of a remote support of a vehicle when a request of the remote support from at least one vehicle is received. In the mediation processing, when remote support requests from at least two vehicles are received in the same time zone, the vehicles are organized as at least one group based on map information and position and travel direction information of the vehicles. In the mediation processing, support order of the vehicles in at least one group is determined for each group based on the map information and the position and travel direction information of the vehicles. Then, peripheral image information of the vehicles is transmitted in accordance with the support order to at least one support device which performs the remote support of the vehicles organized as at least one group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
