The removable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition contains a specific polyvinyl alcohol and a xanthan gum at specific ratios in an emulsion of a natural rubber derivative grafted with an unsaturated monomer. The adhesive composition is further incorporated with an alkylamine-epichlorohydrin polycondensate having a specific molecular weight as an ink-fixing agent.
