PURPOSE: To collect a bag removed from an umbrella without scattering by removing the vinyl bag from an umbrella while the handle of the umbrella is held by hand by using a vinyl bag-removing means which elastically engages with the vinyl bag covering the umbrella.

CONSTITUTION: When an umbrella A on which a vinyl bag B is fitted is inserted in an opening 3 for insertion, a tongue piece 13 of an upper elastic plate 12 warps and allows the umbrella A move downward while pressing the umbrellas A through the vinyl bag B. When the umbrella A is further moved downward while being guided by a guide cylinder 4, the tongue piece 13 of a lower elastic plate 12 presses the umbrella A and vinyl bag B. When the umbrella A is moved upward and pulled out from the guide cylinder 4 under this condition, only the umbrella A is pulled out, and the vinyl bag B remains in the guide cylinder 4. Then, when a next umbrella is inserted, the vinyl bag B which is remained in the guide cylinder 4 is pushed out from an opening on the lower elastic plate 12 of the guide cylinder 4, and drops in a vinyl bag storage part down below.
