Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair deteriorated concrete by a non-destructive method, which has been deteriorated by injury from salt or neutralization to existing concrete structure.
SOLUTION: A short electric conductive member 3 having an acute portion 2 as a tip portion is combined with an electrode wire 4 bonded and fixed to the shape of meshes of a net, a main body 5 is formed by applying zinc plating or zinc painting, and a water retention mat 7 is arranged to the main body 5 of the electrode. Then, the acute portion 2 and water retention mat 7 come into contact and fixed with the surface of the deteriorated existing concrete 6, and water for electrolysis is retained to the water retention mat 7, in addition, the main body 5 of the electrode at the inner side is connected to the anode side of a DC power source, and a steel bar 8 of the existing concrete 6 is connected to the cathode side of the DC power supply.
