To properly remove slag and a degradation layer on a refractory layer surface and reduce the amount of removal of an un-degraded refractory layer.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a repair system for a structure having a refractory layer on its inner surface, the repair system having: a measurement device that measures a three-dimensional shape of the structure inner surface; a calculating device that determines a range of removal of the refractory layer on the basis of a three-dimensional shape found by the measurement device; and a removing device that removes the refractory layer of the structure inner surface on the basis of the results of calculation by the calculating device.SELECTED DRAWING: None
