A fluidized cement paste, which is prepared by kneading a composition consisting of a cement, a fine silica sand, a cement fluidizing agent, a polymeric emulsion and the water, is filled in a gourd, the contents of which are removed and then which is dried, so as to penetrate into small clearances and form a uniform build up by rotating the gourd in order to cure the cement for forming a high strength covering layer 5, resulting in repairing and reinforcing the interior of the gourd.
