Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure a holding state of a replaceable blade of a saw by a method wherein a coating layer, a masking layer, an oil film layer or the like which hinders formation of a plating layer is formed beforehand on a main part to be held by a back metal, at least, and then a composite film layer is formed on the replaceable blade of the saw by composite electroless plating.
CONSTITUTION: A coating layer 2 is formed on a part of a replaceable blade 1 of a saw to be held by a back metal 5 and then a composite film layer 3 is formed on a cutting function part by composite electroless plating wherein polytetrafluoroethylene corpuscles are made eutectic uniformly in an electroless plating film. In more detail, the replaceable blade 1 of the saw has a cut recession 7 formed on the back metal side and the coating layer 2, a masking layer 2, an oil film layer 2 or the like for hindering formation of a plating layer is formed by a method of printing or others, as a first process, on a part to be a place where the blade is held by the back metal 5 when it is fitted to the back metal 5. Thereafter a plating treatment is applied to the foundation of the saw blade as a second process. As the result, holding of the replaceable blade of the saw by the back metal 5 is ensured and unprepared slipping-off of the replaceable blade of the saw from the back metal 5 is prevented.
