PURPOSE: To constitute a replenishing valve apparatus for replenishing a soft container with liquid so that a sealed space is adjusted to a pressure state equal to an approximate atmospheric pressure when a container mouth is separated from a bottle mouth packing to prevent occurrence of a failure such as scattering of the liquid at the container mouth.

CONSTITUTION: A container 6 is carried, when its mouth is in contact with a bottle mouth packing 14, the container 6 is lifted by actuation of a lift table, and the bottle mouth packing 14 is lifted until a support member 13 is in contact with an upper stopper member 17. A liquid injection tube 7 is lifted by successive lifting of the lift table, whereby filling liquid 3 is injected. When the container 6 is lowered by the lift table 5 after completion of the injection, the liquid injection tube 7 is lowered, a valve seat 12 is closed and then the tube 7 is recovered to an original state. At this time the liquid injection tube 7, an exhaust tube 11 and the valve seat 12 relatively retreat from a sealed space 20 to increase a capacity of the space 20, resulting in a decrease in pressure inside the space 20. Thus a failure such as scattering of the filling liquid can be prevented.
