When reproduction based on a play list is instructed from an operation part, 14, a data management part 16 judges, prior to the reproduction, whether or not the insufficient contents exist by making a comparison between the contents in the play list and those of which the data files are recorded in a data file recording part 121, based on the peculiar IDs listed up in the play list, and when the data management part judges that the insufficient contents exist, the part judges whether or not the transceiver part 11 is in a state of being able to connect to the network 20, and when the part judges that the transceiver part 11 is in a state of being impossible to connect to the network 20, the data management part records a list of the insufficient contents in an insufficient file list recording part 124.
