PURPOSE: To obtain a repulsion force by using a magnetic force by installing a member having a structure in which a fixed ferromagnetic body goes around by receiving the magnetic force received from the fixed ferromagnetic body and by receiving a rotating force by an electric motor.

CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnet is provided with two members, i.e. a ferromagnetic body 1 as an electromagnet and ferromagnetic bodies 2 as permanent magnets. The electromagnet 1 is fixed to a base stand 12 in such a way that a magnetic pole N is directed upward. All the permanent magnets 2 which have been fixed, at eqaul intervals, to curved surfaces on cylindrical members 3 which are coupled to electric motors by means of shafts go around as the cylindrical members 3 are turned in such a way that their N-poles are directed to the outside of circumferential orbits. A component in a direction parallel to the central axis passing both magnetic poles of the electromagnet 1 of a magnetic force which the electromagnet 1 receives from the permanent magnets 2 while the permanent magnets 2 make a round on the circumferential orbits become a repulsion force in a direction toward the magnetic pole N of the electromagnet 1 with reference to the electromagnet 1.
