Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which is capable of limiting (controlling) spread of users' word-of-mouth information relating to a commodity or the like at a shop in accordance with the intention on the shop side so that a speed, a range, and the like of the spread are preferable.SOLUTION: A word-of-mouth information system (site 1) includes a word-of-mouth information limiting function 1B which performs processing of limiting spread of word-of-mouth information in accordance with setting by staff of a shop 2. A user reliability determination and calculation unit 41 determines past records of visits to the shop 2 of a registrant (A) to determine and calculate a user reliability and, in the case of the user reliability being low, takes the registrant (A) as a limitation object. A registrant limitation processing unit 61 performs processing of restraining users being limitation objects from registering word-of-mouth information, and a browser limitation processing unit 62 performs processing of restraining users browsing word-of-mouth information registered by users being limitation objects from browsing word-of-mouth information.
