Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately convey a request without talking to a staff member or hanging a card on a door knob when a client conveys a request to the staff.SOLUTION: When a request is selected, the request is indicated. In the case where the request is something to refrain from entering the room, when a predetermined time elapses without canceling the request or when the request is canceled before the lapse of the predetermined time, the indication is erased. In the case where any other request is selected, on the other hand, when the request is canceled before the lapse of the predetermined time, the indication is erased and when the predetermined time elapses without canceling the request, voice calling the implementation of the request is outputted from a notification unit 13. Thus, when the indication is erased, the staff is allowed to enter the room, such that a client is prevented from being left. When a notification is implemented in voice, the case where the staff forgets the request is reduced.
