Abstract:
To provide a system capable of performing reservation adjustment further efficiently with respect to reservation for service provision.SOLUTION: A reservation adjustment system of the present invention comprises a reservation information storage unit, a reference information storage unit, a reservation adjustment judgment unit, a target person selection unit, and an output unit. The reservation information storage unit stores reservation information for an arbitrary service before the provision of ordinary services, the reference information storage unit stores adjustment judgment reference information for determining the necessity of reservation adjustment for services and target person selection criteria information for selecting a reservation adjustment target person from among reservation persons, the reservation adjustment determination unit determines the necessity of reservation adjustment for the arbitrary service from the reservation information and the adjustment determination reference information, the target person selection unit selects the reservation adjustment target person out of the arbitrary service reservation persons from the reservation information and the target person selection criteria information, and the output unit outputs the necessity of the reservation adjustment and if reservation adjustment is necessary, then outputs the reservation adjustment target person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
